Requirements:

- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and price quotations, maintain good customer relationships and provide timely problem-solving solutions

- Conduct regular customer follow-ups via email and phone calls

- Support ad hoc operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor

- Update freight rates for all carriers and provide quotations to overseas partners

- Maintain stable relationships with key accounts and agents; conduct follow-ups on VIP clients and inactive / lost accounts to drive business growth

薪酬： $19,000.00至$23,000.00（每月）
