Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily carpentry and furniture installation works.
• Assign duties and monitor the work progress of carpenters.
• Read drawings, take site measurements and prepare cutting requirements.
• Carry out fabrication, assembly and installation of cabinets, wardrobes and other customised furniture.
• Check dimensions, alignment, finishing and overall workmanship.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and other site personnel.
• Ensure materials and tools are properly used and maintained.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Enforce workplace safety requirements.
• Perform hands-on carpentry work when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant carpentry, furniture fabrication or installation experience.
• Able to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Familiar with cutting, assembly, laminate finishing and furniture installation.
• Able to supervise workers and coordinate site activities.
• Willing to work at different project sites in Singapore.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
