Join Our Team – Document Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documentation and ensure accurate document control in compliance with client and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document control procedures for project documentation.

• Manage incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence, ensuring proper registration and tracking.

• Maintain project documents, including procedures, guidelines, templates, numbering, and filing systems, in compliance with client and company standards.

• Review documents for completeness and prepare document transmittals for submission.

• Receive, register, and distribute all client, consultant, contractor, and internal documents.

• Perform quality and compliance checks on documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Maintain document registers, revision histories, numbering systems, and filing records for both electronic and hardcopy documents.

• Control, track, and distribute documents to relevant personnel.

• Prepare and maintain progress reports on document status.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in document control, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.

• Good understanding of document control processes and document numbering systems.

• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple documents with accuracy.

• Fast learner with strong initiative, integrity, and a sense of responsibility.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates who can commence work immediately will have an added advantage.

Working Location

• Changi East Office

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
