职位描述

岗位职责

  • Read and interpret structural drawings, formwork layouts, and reinforcement details accurately.
  • Oversee the installation of shoring, scaffolding, and formwork panels to ensure proper alignment, leveling, and plumbness.
  • Conduct thorough checks before concrete pouring to ensure formwork is watertight, properly braced, and secure against hydrostatic pressure.
  • Supervise the safe removal of formwork elements once concrete reaches required structural strength, minimizing damage to the concrete surface and materials.
  • Assign tasks to formwork carpenters and general labor based on daily structural milestones.
  • Ensure necessary permits for formwork erection or dismantling are approved by the safety team prior to commencing work.
