About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to extend our global reach through the discovery and development of new and untapped business opportunities. The ideal candidate is trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build a brand that makes everyday activities easier for people around the world. With a strong grasp of sales fundamentals and a drive to improve business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare business action plans and go-to-market strategies for newly developed products.

• Develop strategy and market positioning by analysing new venture integration.

• Manage project enquiries between internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify new business and grow relationships that drive

revenue within assigned verticals.

• Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.

• Identify trends and customer needs, and build a short, medium, and long-term business pipeline aligned to revenue targets.

• Develop intervention strategies to close gaps in existing business processes.

• Support the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, delegating tasks that advance strategic goals.

• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to review strategy.

• Manage the proposal response process, including RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from multiple sources.

• Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy, structure, and best practices across the company.

• Support deal structuring and pricing with business value analysis.

• Motivate the team, track performance, and report on agreed metrics.

• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

• Demonstrated track record in project management.

• Working understanding of B2B sales and sales techniques.

• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

• Adaptable, flexible, and goal driven.
