Recent graduates and individuals considering a career switchare welcome. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, banking,property or other client-facing roles is preferred.

The Client Advisory Associate develops and maintainslong-term customer relationships, understands customers’ financial objectivesand recommends suitable solutions based on their individual needs andcircumstances.

The role introduces customers to areas such as investmentplanning, estate planning, wealth accumulation and financial protection. Italso involves developing a personal customer base through networking,relationship-building and referrals.

No prior financial-services experience is required. Selectedcandidates will receive structured training, guidance and practical fieldexposure.

As customer appointments may take place outside normaloffice hours, occasional evening, weekend or off-site work may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their personal circumstances, preferences and financial objectives.
• Analyse customer profiles, financial needs and risk tolerance.
• Recommend customised solutions aligned with customers’ needs and objectives.
• Introduce relevant investment-planning, estate-planning, wealth-accumulation and financial-protection concepts.
• Explain relevant financial concepts, product information and supporting documents clearly.
• Help customers understand the steps and resources required to work towards their financial goals.
• Work with relevant specialists where legal or tax expertise is required.
• Build a personal customer base through networking events, referrals and relationship-building.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Apply customer acquisition and retention strategies to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor customers’ changing circumstances and recommend suitable reviews or adjustments.
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with account-related processes.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow applicable company and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A-Level, International Baccalaureate, diploma from a Singapore polytechnic, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable building rapport with new people.
• Able to work independently and manage customer relationships.
• Comfortable with networking, customer acquisition and performance targets.
• Willing to attend appointments outside standard office hours when required.
• This is a performance-based position.
