Responsibilities

As Operations Manager, you will lead and optimise ORA’s end‑to‑end operations in Singapore, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across pharmacy and fulfilment networks.

• Own and scale logistics and fulfilment operations, from pharmacy dispensing to last‑mile delivery.
• Build and strengthen partner pharmacy networks, acting as the key operational contact for clinicians, suppliers, and service providers.
• Deliver against operational growth targets while shaping long‑term strategy and market roadmaps.
• Design and optimise SOPs and workflows to improve quality, reduce cost‑to‑serve, and enable scalable growth.
• Analyse industry, patient, and fulfilment trends to identify bottlenecks and execute improvements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional teams, representing operations in strategic planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

This role is suited for candidates with strong operational expertise, commercial acumen, and a patient‑first mindset.

• 3–5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations excellence (B2C consumer brands or healthcare experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesise findings and execute recommendations.
• Proven ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and deliver growth results in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local patient demographics and healthcare systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and ownership.
