We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketingteam. This role involves managing multiple brand accounts and leading socialmedia and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong peopleskills, excellent timeline management abilities, and a deep understanding ofsocial media trends and influencer marketing.

1. Client Account Management :

• Manage Key Client Relationships : Oversee 3-4 main client accounts, ensuring allmarketing and communication strategies align with the clients' objectives andneeds.

• Client Servicing and Communication : Act as the primarypoint of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly andmaintaining strong, productive relationships.

2. Social Media and CampaignManagement and Execution :

• Social Media Management: Develop and implement socialmedia strategies for different brands, tailoring content and tactics to eachclient's target audience, including planning and executing social mediaad buys.

• Copywriting : Produce engaging and effective copy for variousmarketing materials, social media content, and campaigns.

• Ideation and Proposal Development : Collaborate with thecreative team to ideate and craft compelling campaign proposals andpresentations.

• Campaign Coordination and Execution : Organize and overseethe execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all aspectsare delivered on time and within budget.

• Budget Management : Assist in managing and trackingcampaign budgets, ensuring spending aligns with client and managerialdirectives.

3. Strategic Contributionsand Pitching :

• New Business Development : Actively participate inpitching for new campaigns and clients, developing compelling presentations andproposals to win new business.

• Creative and Strategic Planning : Work alongside the creativedepartment to conceptualize innovative ideas and strategies, ensuring theyalign with client objectives and market trends.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

• Performance Analysis : Utilize tools like GoogleAnalytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-drivendecisions to optimize strategies.

• Reporting : The preparation of comprehensive reports for clients,detailing campaign results, insights, and actionable recommendations.

5. Project and Timeline Management:

• Deadline and Deliverables Management: Ensure that all projectdeadlines are met and deliverables are completed to the satisfaction of boththe agency and the clients.

6. Ad-Hoc Duties:

• Support for Marketing Initiatives : Play a supporting rolein ad hoc marketing campaigns and brand activations, helping to conceptualizeand execute marketing and communication strategies.

• Flexible Role Adaptation : Undertake additional tasks andresponsibilities as needed, directed by the reporting supervisor or manager.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social mediamanagement, preferably in an agency setting.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools andplatforms, including Google Analytics and social media advertising.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills,capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable ofworking collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
