Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Supervise daily on-site operations, direct laborers, and manage subcontractors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and local inspectors.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure adherence to local building codes.
• Problem Solving: Handle work delays, material shortages, and site emergencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven field experience in managing trades, contracts, and budgets.
