We are looking for a responsible Catering Manager overseeing the entire operations of a catering business or department, ensuring high-quality food service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This includes managing staff, planning menus with chefs, coordinating with clients, overseeing logistics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the catering services

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures.

• Client & Event Coordination.

• Hiring, training, and supervising catering staff, as well as scheduling employee shifts.

• Supervise execution of catering events to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Prepare and manage budgets, pricing, and financial reports.

• Monitor cost control and ensure profitability through efficient purchasing and staffing.

• Researching catering trends and promoting competitive catering services.

Qualifications:

• Years of progressive experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both client and staff engagement.

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on event schedules.

• Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and event management or catering software.
