Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop design and technical specifications of projects

• Prepare tender documents for bidding and submissions to authorities (Risk assessments, Method statements etc.)

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets

• Conduct site checks on building structures

• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in civil engineering discipline preferably recognized by PEB

• At least 3 years of working experience in related field
