Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress against the master program.

• Submit and follow up on RFA/RFI with consultants.

• Conduct RC/Architecture inspections and coordinate with the RTO.

• Ensure works comply with drawings, address supervisors’ queries.

• Coordinate site activities and follow PM’s instructions, clarify and propose solutions when needed.

• Coordinate subcontractors and manage work sequence.

• Attend meetings with consultants/developer and prepare reports.

• Attend site meetings, record minutes, and track follow up.

• Maintain proper documentation and update to cloud.
