Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum E-Commerce Executive to support our marketing and online sales activities. This role combines visual design expertise with e-commerce management to ensure strong brand representation and an effective digital presence. The ideal candidate should be able to design marketing collateral, manage e-commerce platforms, and execute campaigns that drive online sales and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Design

• Design marketing materials, including social media posts, digital banners, product visuals, brochures, and presentations.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Support marketing campaigns by creating engaging content for both online and offline platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing objectives into impactful visual designs.

E-Commerce

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and the company website).
• Optimize product content to improve visibility, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate online promotions, marketing campaigns, and bundle deals in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure product information is accurate, up to date, and consistent across all online platforms.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
