The WorkJoy Sales Accelerator is a full-time, performance-based career programme for individuals who want to gain sales mastery. Build a sales career without an income ceiling.

You will work on live campaigns from week one, receive expert training and coaching twice each week, and learn a practical system for converting customer conversations into results. You also get the opportunity to build recurring income through renewals.

This opportunity is open to people starting their careers, doing a mid-career switch, or looking for a stronger platform to apply their existing sales experience. Previous sales experience is welcome, but it is not required. Coachability, consistency, and willingness to act matter more.

Job Description

What You Can Expect

• Learn how to build your own pipeline and generate an engine for opportunities, so you will always have the ability to create opportunities anywhere, anytime. This skill separates top earners from everyone else.
• Master the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and qualification to discovery, presentation, objection-handling, closing, customer onboarding and renewal. You will understand how every stage connects, so you can diagnose exactly where a deal is moving, where it is stuck and what to do next.
• Sell offers with shorter deal cycles, so you can complete more full sales cycles and get more repetitions in less time. More reps mean faster feedback, sharper judgment and a shorter path towards mastery.
• Learn how to build trust in one conversation, so customers feel understood and trust your judgment. When people trust your judgment, price stops being the only thing they compare. Ask sharper questions and uncover what truly matters, so you can help prospects turn uncertainty into confident decisions.
Learn a straight, structured path from first contact to decision, so you can qualify earlier, keep the conversation focused and close more effectively within a shorter deal cycle. You will learn to create momentum, surface and resolve the real objection, and ask clearly for the decision — without pressure, unnecessary discounting or endless follow-up. Get live coaching on the conversations you are actually having. Every week combines execution with twice-weekly training and coaching, so each lesson is connected to a real conversation, customer or opportunity. This tight feedback loop drives stronger results and learning.
• Learn how to review your own performance, identify what is holding you back and make the next conversation better. The ability to coach yourself is what turns a good month into consistent performance
• Sell established products with proven market demand, so your energy goes into levelling up your skills and winning the right customers, instead of trying to convince the market to want something unproven.
• Build a database of business owners and decision-makers that becomes more valuable with every conversation, referral and customer relationship. Your network will continue creating opportunities long after the first sale.
• Build income through both new client acquisitions and renewals, so the value of a customer can continue beyond the first win. Over time, consistent performance can create a stronger base instead of forcing you to restart from zero every month.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end customer journey: From prospecting and discovery through presentation, closing, onboarding and eligible renewals. You will see how every stage affects the next.

Create your own pipeline: By identifying suitable prospects and reaching business owners and decision-makers. Start qualified conversations through disciplined outreach, referrals and relationship-building. Lead discovery conversations: Uncover the customer’s real priorities, pressures and decision criteria. Make value feel obvious by connecting the right solution to the outcome the customer actually cares about. You will turn product information into a clear commercial reason to act. Take control of deal momentum from first contact to decision: Qualify early, follow up with purpose, resolve the real objection and ask confidently for the close. Turn successful customers into longer-term income: Through professional follow-through, eligible renewals and referrals. Build relationships that can keep creating opportunities beyond the first sale.
