Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support procurement operations for our construction and project cost consultancy engagements. The successful candidate will coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate procurement and contract documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to obtain quotations, issue purchase orders, and confirm delivery schedules
• Process and track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation in an organized and audit-ready manner
• Monitor procurement spend against budgets and flag cost variances to management
• Liaise between project/site teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate supply
• Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, and compliance documentation
• Prepare periodic procurement status reports for management review
• Maintain employee/HR-related administrative documentation as needed to support project teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement, administration, or accounts coordination
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; familiarity with accounting/procurement software
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Good communication skills for vendor and cross-team coordination
• Prior exposure to construction industry procurement is an advantage but not required
