岗位职责

Finance Executive

  • Prepare and submit withholding tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly GST return in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide the necessary schedules and supporting documents during the year-end audit.
  • Prepare the monthly company tax provision.
  • Prepare the monthly Gross Profit (GP) Report, Sales Report, and Inventory Report for management reporting.
  • Perform account reconciliations and make the necessary journal entries and adjustments to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Record trade invoices and credit notes (CN) accurately in SAP.
  • Review and verify payment vouchers prepared by Accounts Associates to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies before processing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or a similar finance role.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, GST, and withholding tax requirements.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
  • Experience in liaising with external auditors and assisting with year-end audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP ERP or other accounting systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, responsible, and team-orientated attitude with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
