Job Title: Event Assistant – Talent Showcase (3-Month Temporary Contract)

Location: Singapore (In-person / Various Preschool Locations)

Pay: SGD 15.00 per hour

Contract Period: Mid-September 2026 – Mid-December 2026 (3 months)

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Join Apple Pie Language as an Event Assistant for our upcoming season of Preschool Talent Showcases! We are a dedicated Speech & Drama enrichment provider bringing joyful, creative language experiences to young learners across Singapore. From September through December 2026, we will be conducting talent showcases across various preschools, and we need an energetic, organized assistant to work alongside our Principal to ensure every showcase runs smoothly and memorable moments are captured.

Key Responsibilities

• Showcase Logistics & Event Setup: Carry out administrative and coordination tasks to support event logistics. Assist the Principal with setting up show backdrops and dressing children (aged 3–7) in performance costumes.
• Media & Video Production: Assist in video recording and photography during performances at preschool locations.
• Video Editing & Content Delivery: Edit recorded footage into polished talent showcase video clips to be shared with parents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification (or equivalent).
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency/knowledge in using video editing software.
• Child-Centric: A genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young children aged 3 to 7.
• Attributes: Reliable, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable traveling to various preschool sites across Singapore.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
