Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of 230kV Transmission Cable and Major Infrastructure Projects across multiple project sites in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, contract administration, and project delivery. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in high-voltage transmission or infrastructure projects, and thorough knowledge of Singapore's engineering, statutory, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• ️ Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of 230kV transmission cable and infrastructure projects.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work programmes, milestones, and critical path plans using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project .
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate civil, structural, electrical, safety, and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, resources, and productivity to ensure timely project completion.
• • ️ Conduct project risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore statutory regulations, client specifications, project standards, and safety requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, utility authorities, and government agencies.
• Prepare project execution plans, progress reports, technical documentation, presentations, and management reports.
• Review project scope, construction methodology, work sequencing, and method statements.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement coordination, contract administration, and variation orders.
• Track project performance, resolve technical and commercial issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore .

Mandatory Certifications

• Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) .
• Construction Safety Course for Project Managers ( CSCPM ) certified by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore .

Experience

• ️ Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience in engineering or infrastructure projects.
• ️ Minimum 4 years of experience in 230kV Transmission Cable or major infrastructure projects.
• ️ Successfully managed at least two transmission cable or similar infrastructure projects of comparable contract value.
• ️ Strong understanding of Singapore statutory regulations and requirements related to transmission cable projects.
• ️ Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex EPC or infrastructure projects.
• ️ Experience in project scheduling, construction planning, contract administration, and risk management.
