Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Operations Administration team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

• Manage LPG sales agreements and maintain accurate customer and operational records.

• Monitor and coordinate the renewal of LPG licences and LPG Safety Licences to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Liaise with customers to obtain required documentation, including LPG checklist endorsements.

• Coordinate with Town Councils and relevant authorities for Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) applications.

• Prepare and submit documentation for SCDF plan search applications.

• Ensure operational processes comply with statutory regulations, company policies, and ISO standards.

• Support internal and external ISO audits by preparing documentation and following up on audit findings.

• Review and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

• Prepare operational reports and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations administration or a similar role.

• Prior experience in the LPG, gas, engineering, facilities management, or construction industry is preferred.

• Experience dealing with regulatory authorities such as SCDF and Town Councils will be an advantage.

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
