Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, builders, architects, and developers.

Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across assigned territories.

Conduct market research and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments.

Present innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and project execution.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia and internationally when required.

Valid Malaysian Driving License.

Preferred Candidate Profile
