Assistant Project Manager – Hospitality Fit-Out

We’re looking for a driven Assistant Project Manager to join our team and work on exciting hospitality projects from planning to handover.

What you’ll do

- Assist in planning, coordinating & delivering projects
- Manage schedules, drawings, documentation & site progress
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers
- Assist with costing, procurement & project reporting
- Keep projects moving and deadlines on track

What we’re looking for

- Diploma/Degree in Construction, Interior Design, Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years’ experience in construction / interior fit-out
- Strong coordination & organisational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Hospitality / hotel experience is a big plus
- Positive, hands-on and ready to grow into a Project Manager
