We are looking for our first AI Solutions Engineer to build intelligent systems that transform how we operate. This role will focus on enhancing our customer-facing AI solutions while automating workflows across sales, operations, HR, finance, and other departments. If you enjoy building systems, solving business problems, and turning repetitive work into automation, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions from concept to production.
• Build machine learning pipelines and integrate AI models into applications.
• Develop, test, optimize, and maintain scalable software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve AI systems.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Go.
• Good understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Nice to have: Experience with LLMs, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, AI agents, or deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
