Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This role is responsible for managing a team of production operators, maintaining compliance with company standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and coordinate production staff to achieve daily output and quality targets.
• Monitor workflow, resources, and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental standards in compliance with regulations.
• Review production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and adjust manpower or processes as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production reports, records, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, or other efficiency initiatives.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skill sets and improve productivity.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work in shift.
• Good knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
