Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration, including facilities, equipment and supplies
• Support senior management in coordinating meetings, calendars, travel arrangements and expense claims
• Manage external service providers relations including building management
• Support Finance and HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding and employee leave records

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in office management or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Positive attitude and a hands-on approach
