Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Application Engineers to develop and deliver application solutions across ABI, SLT, and ATE platforms for AEM customers, primarily in Asia and the USA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, drive project execution, and ensure successful deployment and sustainment of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement application solutions for ABI, SLT, and ATE platforms
• Gather and define customer technical requirements, including scoping and quotation support
• Collaborate with AEM Engineering and Production Centers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Manage application board design, development, assembly, and validation
• Develop, debug, and validate test programs in accordance with customer specifications
• Lead solution release, customer acceptance, and production roll-out activities
• Provide sustaining engineering support to ensure long-term performance and reliability
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in application engineering, test development, or related field
• Good understanding of analog and digital electronics, metrology, and semiconductor test processes
• Experience in project management, including resource planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to operate effectively in an international environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in Semiconductor industry, ATE, ABI, or SLT environments would be an advantage

• Exposure to customer-facing or field application roles
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations
• Willingness to travel for customer support and deployment
