Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Pricing Executive to support the company's freight pricing activities. The successful candidate will coordinate pricing requirements, prepare quotations and tenders, and work closely with internal teams and customers to provide competitive and accurate pricing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate air and sea freight pricing requirements.

Prepare quotations, tenders, and pricing proposals.

Review and analyse freight rates and market pricing.

Work closely with sales and operations teams to support customer requirements.

Liaise with customers and overseas offices regarding pricing enquiries.

Maintain accurate pricing records and update rate information.

Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.

Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

Support the sales team in developing competitive pricing solutions.

Prepare basic pricing and performance reports when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Previous experience in pricing, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of air and sea freight operations is an advantage.
