- Monitor and implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements at the construction site.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian occupational safety and health regulations and company HSE procedures.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, risk assessments, and safety records.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions for workers and site personnel.
- Assist in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and prepare related reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant parties regarding HSE matters.
- Monitor the implementation of safe work procedures, PPE requirements, and emergency response procedures.
- Support the project team in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HSE/Safety roles within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiar with Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and construction site safety practices.
- Candidates with DOSH/JKKP registration as Safety and Health Officer (SHO) or Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification are highly preferred.
- Familiar with risk assessment, HIRARC, safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and incident reporting.
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and relevant Malaysian regulations.
- Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
