Role Summary

Execute and follow-up daily Production, documentation, output, efficiency and necessary tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, material usage, and downtime reports.
• Purchase and monitor timely delivery of goods, services and application to ensure all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
• Records for expense reimbursement, manage budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Archive and organize production documents to meet traceability and audit compliance requirements.
• Report and follow-up production staff disciplinary, grievances and misconduct issues if any.
• Assist superior with internal staff communication translations and other administrative tasks for the production department, such as scheduling, meeting minutes, attendance summaries, and reporting.
• Any others duties as assigned by superior and management.
• Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
• Responsible to understand and comply to related Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements.
• Cooperate with employer with regard to environmental, safety and health at workplace.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
