Primary skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorization.
• Strong experience with SAP role design, authorization objects, user administration, access provisioning and authorization troubleshooting.
• Experience working with SAP authorization concepts across one or more SAP platforms, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP or related SAP cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of segregation of duties, access control principles, audit requirements and compliance-related security processes.
• Ability to analyse business access requirements, translate them into secure authorization designs and support testing, defect resolution and documentation.
• Ideally, prior architect-level experience defining SAP security architecture, authorization frameworks, governance models or end-to-end access design across complex SAP landscapes.

Job responsibilities

The requested consultant is needed to backfill an existing team member and ensure continuity of SAP Security and Authorization activities. The backfill will help maintain secure and compliant access management while supporting ongoing project, operational and enhancement work without disruption.

The consultant will provide additional capacity and specialist expertise for authorization design, role maintenance, troubleshooting, governance support, audit readiness and stakeholder engagement, reducing delivery and compliance risk during the backfill period.

• Backfill an existing team member with an experienced SAP Security and Authorization consultant to support ongoing access management, role design, authorization troubleshooting and security related delivery activities.
• The consultant will contribute to maintaining and enhancing SAP authorization concepts across relevant SAP landscapes, ensuring secure and compliant access while supporting business continuity and project delivery.
• The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, compliance teams and technical delivery teams to ensure authorization solutions are fit for purpose, scalable and aligned with internal security standards.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,500.00 per month
