About The Role

As Executive, Data and Administration Operations, you'll be at the center of exciting projects that directly impact how we serve our community and support empowering persons with disabilities to thrive. You'll juggle data insights from our social service programmes, coordinate cross-team initiatives to improve the quality of our services, manage vendor relationships, and help us run smoother operations across our campuses—all while building valuable skills for your career growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead data projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Manage procurement processes and build strong relationships with suppliers
• Source new vendors and evaluate supplier performance to ensure best value
• Oversee administrative operations that support our service delivery
• Create and improve processes that make everyone's work easier
• Turn data into actionable insights through reports and analysis
• Work with different teams to solve challenges and implement solutions
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years experience in operations, procurement, data analysis, or project coordination
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Experience with vendor sourcing, contract management, or procurement processes
• Comfortable with databases, Excel, and learning new technology tools
• Great communication skills and enjoy building professional relationships
• Natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
