about the job

As Associate Consultant, you'll receive direct support and guidance from your manager and experienced mentor. There will be opportunity to cross-collaborate with the wider business as well as colleagues from our regional markets.

We welcome talents who have perform internship in recruitment firms, in-house HR, researcher, talents who are looking to switch industry, looking for a change and create a positive impact on your network from a different purpose.

Key accountability include:

  • Use internal databases and external channels to support talent selection and identification within the specialised function or industry.
  • Screen, qualify and assess high-potential candidates based on job descriptions as well as organizational and personality fit.
  • Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through in-depth industry and employment market intelligence from Randstad or own research.
  • Assist in interview coordination, managing expectation and conducting reference checks
  • Keep abreast of market and sector trends to support clients' and talent capital development.

skills and experience required

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit or any other background keen on a rewareding sales career

  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.

  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to perform business development.
