Junior Operation Exec/ Operation Intern

Internship: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Fresh Graduate (Melaka-Based): Melaka, Malaysia

Qmed Asia is a healthcare technology company transforming healthcare through innovative digital solutions. We work closely with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to improve patient experiences and operational efficiency.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Interns and Melaka-based Fresh Graduates who are eager to gain real-world experience in healthcare technology implementation, project coordination, and digital health operations.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in healthcare technology, operations, project management, business, and digital transformation. No medical background is required.

Job scope

• Assist with digital health implementation at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Support Smart Ward, Smart Queue, and healthcare workflow projects.
• Coordinate with hospital stakeholders such as doctors, nurses, administrators, and IT teams.
• Assist with software testing, UAT, and issue tracking.
• Support user onboarding and training.
• Prepare SOPs, user guides, meeting minutes, reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding action items.
• Attend hospital visits, meetings, product demonstrations, and implementation activities.
• Assist with other operational and administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

1.Operation Intern

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Final semester students are an added advantage, with potential opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.
• Own transport is an advantage (Motor/Car)
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

2.Junior Operation Exec

• Must be based in Melaka.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in hospital environments.
• Basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace knowledge.
• Willing to travel when required.

• Internship: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
• Junior Operation Exec : Melaka (must be based in Melaka)
