Role Purpose: To act as a trusted partner in enabling HR to achieve strategic alignment and delivery excellence by leading the Learning project. This role ensures quality control of deliverables, timely delivery of outcomes, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment & Delivery Excellence
- Develop and implement project management initiatives aligned with strategic HR goals.
- Establish best practices for project frameworks, ensuring standardization and efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of outcomes, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
- Organize and facilitate governance forums such as Design Authority and SteerCo to enable strategic alignment on design and solution.
- Serves as a specialist within own discipline, may lead functional teams/projects, works independently.
Consultant Management & Quality Control
- Oversee the work of the consultant supporting the project, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Ensure all deliverables are reviewed from a quality control standpoint, maintaining high standards of accuracy and completeness.
- May manage professionals and has accountability for the performance and results of a team within the purview of the project
Risk Management & Mitigation
- Identify and raise risks associated with the project, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate strong stakeholder management, engaging with CoE, HR, and HR Tech teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across CoE, LBU HR, and HR Tech.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in HR-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Learning/Learning platforms preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong quality control and attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR projects, HR transformation, change management, HR operations, project delivery, or related roles.
- Experience with Workday Learning/ Learning platforms preferred.
- Experience supervising a team or leading specialist work in HR projects, process improvement, policy implementation, HR systems initiatives, or organisational change support activities.
- Familiarity with HR project governance, process improvement practices, implementation controls, stakeholder management requirements, and applicable regulatory or compliance requirements in regulated environments.
