Role: Network engineer

Location: KL, Malaysia

Job type: Full time / Permanent

Japanese Language – N2 and Native Level mandatory

Experience: 3-5 years

Required Skills:

• Knowledge on Routing and switching Technologies like IGP, OSPF, EGP, BGP, STP,
• RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN,
• Knowledge on Data Center, Cloud and Virtualization industry, ACI, Nexus products
• Experienced Knowledge on LAN SW Technologies like STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC,
• MSTP, LACP, VLAN, VXLAN-EVPN, DCNM, OTV, Fex, Fabricpath, VXlan, LISP.
• Knowledge of Cisco switching Platforms like Cat 6500, 6800, 4500, 3850, Nexus 7K,
• Nexus 5k, Nexus 3K and Nexus9k ( standalone and ACI)
• Experience in installation, configuration, testin and troubleshooting and/or
• Network solution designing of Cisco routers and switch
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to communicate
• technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and Cisco customers.
• Strong consulting & client-facing skills to include cross-functional influence, external

and internal consulting.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience of conducting customer workshops, High level and low level
• network design experience would be preferred.
• Experience with Virtualization (OpenStack / VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper V /
• Red Hat KVM / Linux Containers etc)
• Routing & Switching Ent Domain
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like SDA/ SDWAN preferred
• Knowledge of UCS products and Hyperflex , DCNM, Nexus Dashboard
• Network automation skills preferred (Python/ Ansible/ GoLang/ Splunk)

Education &/ Additional Certifications:

• BE/B.Tech/BSC Computer Science or equivalent
• CCNA is a must, CCNP is a plus, CCIE (ENT/DC) is preferred.
