Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. 

Identify and adopt new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage. 

Responsible for timely completion of quality tests within project timeline and ensuring high quality release. 

Develop, maintain, and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and
automated testing. 

Conduct comprehensive performance testing, regression testing, end to end testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). 

Execute API testing using tools like Postman or Bruno, ensuring backend functionality and seamless integration. 

Collaborate with software engineers, business analyst, product owner, and other stakeholders to ensure all
project requirements and quality standards are met.

Identify, report, and track bugs, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution. 

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

2 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing. 

Demonstrated knowledge of structured testing and testing methodologies. 

Experience working within an Agile or delivery environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings

Proficient in test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.

Proven hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools is a bonus. 

Leadership/mentoring experience in prior roles as a Senior QA. 

Ability to work with minimal supervision and a commitment to the team's schedules and goals. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication skills for working across teams.

Capable of managing multiple testing tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, both spoken and written.
