Role Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Built and maintain active candidates pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

• Implement recruitment strategies to expand candidate search.

• Support Office Manager in supporting business direction and vision.

• Assist in training and staff retention.

• Involved in branding projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Prior experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, wealth management, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Self-motivated and manage time effectively.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
