Your new role

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and cloud automation initiatives.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and containerised platforms.
• Implement security best practices, disaster recovery strategies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and uptime using observability and monitoring tools.
• Optimise cloud performance and AWS costs.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, incident response, and production support activities.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to a small DevOps team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven hands-on experience with Cloud and DevOps Engineering.
• Strong experience with Docker, ECS, and container management platforms.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash/Python or other languages.
• Solid networking knowledge
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
