About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised General Clerk to join our team at Fine Paper Takeo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Shamelin Perkasa, Kuala Lumpur. As a fulltime General Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with forwarders and transporters to arrange shipments and track delivery status.

• Collect and verify supplier invoices and packing lists against K1 (customs forms) to ensure accuracy in shipping documentation.

• actively follow up with suppliers once the management has confirmed an order to monitor production status and confirm delivery schedules.

• Provide sales coordination support to the sales team, such as issuing and checking invoices.

• Assist in maintaining accurate purchasing and shipping records within the office system.

• Maintain an organized filing system for all shipping and procurement documents.

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Experience in logistics, shipping documentation, or purchasing will be an added advantage.

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with the AutoCount system is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Prior experience in shipment coordination or purchasing support is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
