Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide assistance with requests and enquiries

• Offer information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

• Arrange transportation, reservations, and other guest needs

• Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

• Possessed at least SPM.

• Pleasant personality with good communication skills

• Strong guest service mindset

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hotel industry.

• Must hold a valid Category D driving licence and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
