岗位职责
Experience - 1 yr only
> Key Responsibilities
> - Lead daily project activities and site operations.
> - Coordinate tasks among engineers, vendors, contractors, and project partners.
> - Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
> - Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed according to schedule.
> - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.
> - Manage and motivate team members working on-site and remotely.
> - Ensure compliance with project SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
> - Validate completed work and ensure all required documentation is properly prepared.
> - Act as the main point of contact for site teams, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
> - Maintain deployment reports, site acceptance forms, checklists, and other project documentation.
> - Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
> Requirements
> - Experience in project coordination, IT deployment, site operations, or team supervision is preferred.
> - Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
> - Able to manage multiple teams, tasks, and project schedules.
> - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
> - Willing to travel and work at project sites nationwide when required.
> - Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
> - Able to work overtime during active project periods.
