Central Kitchen Crew
Preparing food ingredients, including plucking, cleaning, sorting, and processing prawns.
Assisting in food preparation, packing, portioning, labelling, and inventory handling.
Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the central kitchen and workstations.
Assisting with receiving, storing, and moving stock and supplies.
Supporting production schedules to ensure timely preparation and delivery to outlets.
