Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely responses

• Support the Sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations for private banks and financial institutions

• Assist in managing the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads within the financial ecosystem

About you

• 1-3 years of relevant experience; Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline

• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
