• Position: Production / Machine Operator
• Location: Tuas Bay, 6 bus stops from Tuas Link MRT
• Working Hours: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 2-shift rotation
• Shift 1: 7:45am to 5:30pm
• Shift 2: 4:15pm to 2:00am
• Salary(Commensurate with experience): Up to $2,000 + $50 transport allowance + overtime pay
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to meet production output and quality targets.
• Operate production machines and assist with manufacturing processes.
• Monitor product quality and report defects promptly.
• Report machine breakdowns, faults or abnormal conditions to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness, tidiness and daily housekeeping.
• Follow production procedures, safety requirements and work instructions.
• Support overtime when required.
• Perform other production duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• PSLE, N-Level, ITE or equivalent qualification.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Relevant technical, machine operating or manufacturing experience will be advantageous.
• Able to support overtime when required.
• Able to perform hands-on production work.
• Comfortable working on 2-shift rotation.
• Responsible, punctual and able to follow safety and production procedures
