We are looking for a well-organised, professional and proactive Receptionist & Personal Assistant to join our team at Dr Rao Dental.

This is a combined role involving front-desk patient coordination, clinic administration and personal assistant duties supporting the Clinical Director.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Patient Coordination

• Welcome and assist patients professionally
• Manage appointments, phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
• Coordinate patient scheduling, reminders and follow-ups
• Handle registration, payments, receipts and basic administrative documentation
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment
• Coordinate effectively between patients, dentists and the clinical team

Personal Assistant & Administrative Support

• Assist the Clinical Director with daily scheduling and administrative matters
• Manage appointments, meetings, reminders and correspondence
• Assist with emails, letters, documentation and filing
• Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements and external appointments when required
• Follow up on assigned tasks, suppliers and administrative matters
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, clinic and personal information

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Professional, presentable and well-spoken
• Friendly and confident in communicating with patients
• Highly organised and able to multitask
• Responsible, punctual and dependable
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic Microsoft Office/Google applications
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or PA duties is an advantage
• Experience in a dental/medical clinic is an added advantage
