About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Program Director to lead strategic programs, cross-functional teams, and key customer initiatives in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall program strategy, planning, and execution.
• Manage and guide Program Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive program performance, quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with senior management, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee program budgets, resources, risks, and performance.
• Establish KPIs and monitor program progress and business results.
• Lead problem-solving, risk mitigation, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure programs follow company policies, quality standards, and industry requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Leadership, or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or program management.
• Strong experience in process engineering and manufacturing.
• Experience in IC Substrate, HDI-PCB, Semiconductor Assembly, IC Packaging, EMS, or related industries.
• OSAT experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month
