SALES ASSISTANT

LOCATION: Kuala Lumpur / Johor Bahru

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the daily operations of a trading company. The role will mainly involve customer order follow-up, payment follow-up, documentation, and general administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and shipment arrangements to ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow up on customer payment status, maintain accounts receivable records, and assist with payment collection.
• Prepare and process import/export related documents, quotations, contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
• Assist with daily administrative duties, including filing, document organization, and data updates.
• Assist the superior with departmental matters and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Ensure all documents and records are accurate, complete, properly maintained, and filed.

WHAT WE OFFER

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

LOCATION
Kuala Lumpur / Johor Bahru

COMPENSATION
RM2,800 – RM3,500 per month

PROBATION PERIOD
3 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
