Manage and oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities, construction areas, office premises, and store/warehouse facilities.
Manage and maintain company vehicles using the systems provided by the company, including scheduling regular servicing, inspections, repairs, and road tax/insurance renewals, to ensure vehicles are safe, reliable, and readily available to support smooth construction site operations and daily business activities.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, fire protection, and other building systems.
Monitor the condition of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure and arrange repairs or maintenance when required.
Supervise contractors, vendors, technicians, and maintenance service providers.
Coordinate maintenance, renovation, repair, and improvement works, including monitoring work progress and quality.
Ensure all facility-related works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the required standards.
Manage and monitor the store/warehouse area, including housekeeping, space utilization, storage conditions, and general facilities.
Conduct regular inspections and identify potential safety, maintenance, and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, and building regulations, as well as company policies.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, inspections, service contracts, permits, and facility-related documents.
Monitor facility maintenance budgets, expenses, and contractor costs.
Manage service contracts and ensure contractors/vendors meet agreed service levels and requirements.
Coordinate emergency response and facility-related issues such as power failure, water leakage, equipment breakdown, fire incidents, and other emergencies.
Work closely with Construction, Operations, Store/Warehouse, HSE, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, facility conditions, issues, costs, and improvement plans.
Identify opportunities to improve facility efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance workplace safety and comfort.
Perform other facility-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, Construction, Property Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, building maintenance, construction, warehouse/store, or related operations.
Experience in managing contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
Good knowledge of building maintenance, M&E systems, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, fire protection, and general facilities.
Experience in construction or building maintenance will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Willing to work on-site and respond to urgent facility or maintenance issues when required.
