We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our manufacturing operations by carrying out production activities according to work instructions, quality standards, safety requirements, and production schedules.

This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth daily production by operating machinery and equipment, handling materials, performing basic quality checks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring production activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily production activities according to approved production schedules, work orders, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow established production processes and procedures to achieve required output and quality standards.
• Conduct basic inspection and quality checks on products during the production process.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished products according to established procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, identification, and movement of materials throughout the production process.
• Strictly follow clean room procedures, including gowning, material handling, housekeeping, and personnel hygiene requirements where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the production area, machinery, and equipment.
• Follow all company safety rules, quality requirements, and workplace procedures.
• Support production improvement initiatives and assist with other production-related tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum PMR / SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical, or related field.
• Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Experience working in a clean room and/or controlled environment will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of production processes, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support overtime or shift work when required.
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
