Key Responsibilities:
- Apply for new model approvals, permits, and exemptions with MIDA, MITI, Customs, and MOF.
- Manage import permits, applying online Approve Permit (AP), and tax exemption applications/renewals.
- Apply for Excise Duty and manage duty reduction processes.
- Prepare and submit customs documentation such as Penilaian Harga, Bank Guarantee, quarterly reports, and scrap disposal applications.
- Oversee importation costs, billing invoices, insurance applications, and e-filing records.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses and compliance with Customs regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies, internal departments, suppliers, and forwarding agents to resolve any issues.
- Support in documentation for Imported License Permit (ILP) and carry out any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Admin, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Diploma with strong experiences will be considered.
- At least 5 years' experience in import/export, trade compliance, or customs.
- Knowledge of MITI, MIDA, Customs, and MOF regulations.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
