Job Responsibilities: Corporate Training Sales Executive

• Identify new international business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and competitor intelligence.
• Generate new business, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and strategic partners across Asia and global markets.
• Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to secure business opportunities.
• Promote conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships, and corporate partnership opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable commercial agreements.
• Manage the full sponsorship cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation, sponsorship closing, and account management.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and production teams to develop proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

Requirements: Business Development Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is a minimum requirement
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Good research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to join immediately
• Open to international students based in Malaysia with valid visa (Graduate Pass)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
